香港復康會啟動「易達轎車」免費醫療交通支援
協助大埔宏福苑火災受影響住戶

大埔宏福苑早前發生嚴重火災,波及7幢住宅大廈,政府表示將初步提供接近1,800個單位以照顧受影響居民的暫住需要。鑑於暫住安排分散於不同地區,且受影響住戶當中有長者及具醫療需要人士,香港復康會宣佈,將啟動轄下「易達轎車」免費醫療交通支援,協助受影響住戶來往醫院及診所。
服務重點與對象
對象:大埔宏福苑火災受影響住戶中的長者、行動不便人士、殘疾人士及有醫療覆診/取藥需要者。
範圍:來往公私營醫院、專科門診、普通科門診、表列中醫診所及相關醫療支援設施(覆診、應診、治療、取藥)。
收費:全免(費用由社會善款及本會資源支援)。
區域:全港多區往返路線(配合政府安排之暫住單位分布)。
預約:設電話專線,接受即日及提早預約(詳情見下)。
如何申請/預約
服務專線:8106 6616(星期一至五09:00–17:30,星期六、日及公眾假期休息)
WhatsApp/SMS:5208 9200(只作預約與查詢)
所需資料:住戶姓名、聯絡電話、暫住地點、就診地點與時間、是否需協助上落輪椅或攙扶、同行家屬數目等。
車隊與安全
- 車輛配備上落斜板/升降台、輪椅固定裝置及基本無障礙安全帶配置。
- 司機及車長受過復康接載及長者照顧安全訓練。
- 旅途期間可按需要提供簡單上落協助。
復康服務
香港復康會亦正統籌轄下社區復康支援服務,為需要在社區內進行各種復康及社交心理支援需要的受影響住戶提供適切介入,詳情將於日後適時公佈。
呼籲社會捐款支持服務
為確保免費醫療接載及後續復康支援得以持續並擴充班次與覆蓋,香港復康會同時發起捐款呼籲。所有捐款將直接用於提供相關服務,包括車隊營運及增加班次等。
捐款方法:
- 網上捐款 - 接受PayMe、八達通及信用卡(Visa/MasterCard)
- 銀行轉帳

- 支票
捐款達港幣100元或以上,可獲捐款收據(適用於稅務減免)。
如須收據,請將轉帳證明或支票,連同姓名、聯絡資料及收據抬頭交回本會(請註明「捐款(宏福苑)」)。

與政府及社區協作
香港復康會表示,宏福苑火災對居民身心及生活造成沉重影響,期望透過免費醫療接載與綜合復康支援,減輕受影響住戶的就醫與復康負擔,並感謝社會各界在艱難時刻慷慨解囊、同心同行。本會將與政府各部門及醫療機構保持溝通,為受影響住戶提供適切服務。

The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation provides medical transport support to Wang Fuk Court residents

A serious fire recently broke out at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po, affecting seven residential blocks. The Government has stated it will initially provide close to 1,800 units to meet affected residents’ temporary accommodation needs. Given that temporary housing is dispersed across different districts, and many affected households include the elderly and individuals with medical needs, the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (HKSR) announced the launch of free “Accessible Rides” medical transport to assist affected residents travelling to and from hospitals and clinics.
Target Beneficiaries
Targets: The elderly, people with mobility limitations, persons with disabilities, and those requiring medical follow-up/medication collection among residents affected by the Wang Fuk Court fire.
Scope: Journeys to and from public and private hospitals, specialist outpatient clinics, general outpatient clinics, listed Chinese medicine clinics, and related healthcare facilities (follow-up consultations, appointments, treatments, medication collection).
Fees: Free of charge (funded by public donations and HKSR resources).
Coverage: Routes across multiple districts territory-wide (aligned with the distribution of government-arranged temporary accommodation).
Reservation: Booking on the same day or in advance via hotline is required (please refer to details below)
How to apply/book
Hotline: 8106 6616 (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

Information required: Resident’s name, Contact number, Temporary residence, Medical appointment location and time, Whether assistance is needed for wheelchair boarding/alighting or physical support, Number of accompanying family members
Vehicles and safety:
- Vehicles are equipped with boarding ramps/lifts, wheelchair securing devices, and basic accessible safety belts.
- Drivers have received training in rehabilitation transport and elderly care safety.
- Simple boarding and alighting assistance will be provided during the journey when needed.
Rehabilitation services
HKSR is also coordinating community rehabilitation support services, aiming to provide appropriate support for affected residents who require various rehabilitation and psychosocial support within the community. Further details will be announced later.
Appeal for donations to support services
To ensure the continued provision of free medical transportation and subsequent rehabilitation support, as well as expanding service frequency and coverage, HKSR calls for donation from the public. All contributions will be directly used to support these services, including vehicle operations and increasing the number.

Donations of HK$100 or above are eligible for a donation receipt (for tax deduction purposes).

Collaborations with the government and the community
Knowing that the fire at Wang Fuk Court has posed heavy impact on residents’ physical and mental well-being as well as their daily lives, HKSR explores to ease the medical and rehabilitation burdens of affected households through free medical transportation and comprehensive rehabilitation support. HKSR also expressed gratitude to all sectors of society for their generosity and solidarity during this difficult time. HKSR will continue to communicate with government departments and medical institutions to provide appropriate services for affected residents.
